Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By installing, activating, or using Sams Accounting Desktop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not activate or use the software.

2. Product and licence

A valid licence or active trial grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for lawful internal business purposes. You must not resell, reverse engineer, bypass licence controls, or use the software unlawfully.

3. Review and professional responsibility

The software provides automation assistance and is not legal, tax, audit, or professional accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing source documents, ledger mappings, taxes, dates, narrations, and every entry before posting or relying on it. Maintain independent backups of Tally and business records.

4. Third-party services

Tally is a third-party product. The Jishu IT Solution is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tally Solutions. Third-party availability and behaviour may change outside our control.

5. Updates, fees, cancellation, and refunds

Updates may be required for security or compatibility. Fees, taxes, subscription duration, cancellation, and refunds follow the applicable order, invoice, written commercial agreement, and mandatory consumer law.

6. Availability and liability

The software is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, penalties, business interruption, or incorrect records caused by unreviewed output, unsupported formats, third-party failures, or missing backups. Rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for licence abuse, unlawful use, security threats, or material breach. On termination you must stop using the software.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
